We do not hold rooms out of general availability for room blocks.
All Room Blocks will be assigned a group reservation number that is attached to a group discount.
Rates are based on Double Occupancy; in Peak Season $25.00 per day charge is added on for anyone over the age of 4 up to 4 guests.
Room rates for blocks will receive a discount off the base rate at time of booking. Rates vary and are subject to change.
The White Sands is open to room blocks from April 15-October 15. 2-night minimum June through September.
All rooms are guaranteed check in after 4pm.
If you’re providing gift bags, please note that they must be generic with no alcohol or personalized names included.
All guests checking into a hotel room must be 21 years or older, unless accompanied by an adult in each rented room.
To receive the room block rate discount, guests must book directly with the hotel by calling 732-899-3370.
In addition to group room blocks, we also offer rehearsal dinners, post-wedding breakfasts, and after-parties in our Seabase Lounge! This ensures the lounge stays open for your guests until 2:00 AM and includes 20 drink tickets.
