A deposit equaling 50% of your total stay will be taken at the time of booking and the remainder will be due upon your arrival.
A 3% Convenience fee will be charged if you will be paying all or in part with a credit or debit card.

Facility access begins at check-in (4 PM on arrival day).
Early check-in options:
Before 12 PM: ½ day rate, subject to availability.
Between 12-3 PM: $50 fee, subject to availability.
Check-out is at 11 AM, including facility use.
No late check-outs in June, July, August, or September.

Guests must be 21+ to reserve and check in, with a valid ID required.
A $30 daily resort fee will be applied to your stay which allows you to benefit from complimentary wifi, one parking space per room, and convenient access to pool towel usage.
The name on the reservation must match the credit card used. Only the reservation holder can check in.
For security, the credit card used for the deposit must be presented at check-in.

If cancellation is 14 days prior to arrival, you will receive refund of your deposit minus a $50 service fee. Any reservation cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, the full deposit shall be forfeited.
Minimum length of stay, early check out, and other fees may be imposed when modifying this reservation(s).
The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented with a valid photo ID at check-in.
At check-in, a temporary hold will be placed on your card for incidental charges. This hold is not a charge but may affect available funds or credit.
Any room or property damage may be charged to this card.
Once you check out, the release of the hold may take 24 hours to 30 days, depending on your bank’s policies.
The hotel cannot expedite the release of funds, nor is it responsible for any fees associated with the hold. Please consult your bank for details on their policies.
No third-party billing is accepted. This policy applies to all reservations.
Room rate is based on double occupancy.
Additional bedding (e.g., roll-aways or cots) is not available beyond the existing room setup.
Cribs/pack-and-plays are available for children up to age 3 upon request.

We will try to accommodate room preferences, but cannot guarantee specific types, locations, or numbers.Room assignments are made at check-in and may change. Additional fees may apply for specific requests.
Parking: One parking space per room. Please provide your license plate at check-in. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated.
Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel. Designated smoking areas are available outside. A $200 fee will apply for in-room non-compliance to cover cleaning costs

Photography and Video Recording:
By using the facilities at The White Sands, guests acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded in public areas, such as the pool and beach. These photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media, and website content. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify staff or avoid these areas.
