Deposits

A deposit equaling 50% of your total stay will be taken at the time of booking and the remainder will be due upon your arrival.

A 3% Convenience fee will be charged if you will be paying all or in part with a credit or debit card.

Check-In / Check-Out

You must be 21 years old to make a reservation and check-in, and a valid ID is required.  Pre-registration starts at noon on the day of arrival, you will receive your parking pass and have full use of the amenities until your room is ready after 4:00pm.

All rooms must be vacated by 11am. During the months of June, July, August and September we do not allow late check-outs.

Resort Fee

A $25 daily resort fee will be applied to your stay which allows you to benefit from complimentary wifi, one parking space per room, and convenient access to pool towel usage.

3rd Party Check-In

Due to Merchant Service regulations, the person’s name on the reservation must match the credit card information. Only the person’s name on the reservation can check in. For security reasons, the credit card used for the deposit MUST be presented at check-in and MUST have the same name as on the reservation. If you wish to have someone other than you check in, please click HERE, to fill out a Third Party Authorization.

Cancellations

In season- July, August and Holidays- cancellations must be 14 days prior to arrival to receive refund minus a $25 service fee.  Any reservation cancelled less than 14 days from arrival, the full deposit shall be forfeited. Standard cancellation -In the event a cancellation is received less than 48 hours on the scheduled arrival day, the full deposit will be forfeited.  If a cancellation is received prior to 48 hours, you will receive a refund minus a $25 service fee.

Minimum length of stay, early check out, and other fees may be imposed when modifying this reservation(s).

The credit or debit card used for booking must be the same card presented for payment along with a valid photo ID upon check-in. In addition to the deposit(s) taken prior to arrival, a pre-authorization amount will be placed on your card at check-in. This is a temporary hold of a specific amount – it is not a charge to your account, but it will create a hold on those funds or against credit availability. We also may charge your card for any damage to the room or premises you or your guests cause. Once your actual incurred charges are posted at check-out, based on your bank, credit card company, or institution’s policy, it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days for the original pre-authorization amount to be removed. It is your responsibility to be aware of how your bank, credit card company, or institution handles all your transactions, including pre-authorizations. The hotel will not be responsible for any delay in releasing funds or returning availability or any fees or charges by your bank, credit card company, or institution as a result of your use of a credit or debit card. We are unable to remove pre-authorizations directly through our hotel. We do not accept any third-party billing. This policy applies to all reservations.

Occupancy

For guest safety and optimal comfort in our accommodations, no additional bedding outside of the existing bed configuration in our guest rooms and suites will be provided – this includes roll-away beds and cots. Cribs and/or pack and plays are available upon request for children up to three years old and within the safety guidelines of the equipment provided. A $20 extra person fee will apply to all children 3-17.  $25 for extra person fee will apply to all 18+

Room Number Assignment

Every effort will be made to accommodate your requests for specific room types and locations, however, we are unable to guarantee any requests as rooms are not assigned until check-in. Additional fees may apply depending on the specific requests. The computer will randomly select a room number for your reservation. This is not permanent and may be changed at any time. We apologize, but we cannot guarantee specific room numbers.

Other

  1. Parking: To ensure fairness and accommodate all guests, one parking space per room is allocated. Upon check-in, please provide your license plate information. Kindly note that we have limited parking availability and are unable to accommodate more than one vehicle per room. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  2. Smoke-Free Environment: To ensure a healthy and pleasant experience for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel and resort buildings. Designated smoking areas are available outside. Failure to comply will result in a room-recovery fee of up to $200 to restore the guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
